Your appointment at the Harley Street Dermatology Clinic is with an expert dermatologist. Their time is valuable so we do ask you to please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you would like to cancel your appointment. We will endeavour to re-book your appointment for a new time that suits you and your payment will be carried forwards to this new date or a refund will be provided if you no longer wish to go ahead with your appointment.
For self-funding patients, in the event you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a penalty of 50% of your appointment fee will become applicable. If you fail to attend your appointment and do not provide us with notice that you will not be attending, the full consultation fee will be charged.

The cancellation policy applies to both self funding and insured patients.
